2. Data we collect

  • Contact enquiries: name, email, message content, optional session preference and preferred date.
  • Session registration: name, email, phone (if provided), payment reference, pre-workshop questionnaire responses about trading experience and timeframes.
  • Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymised page views and referral source via our analytics provider.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use data

  • Respond to enquiries and manage bookings
  • Deliver training and send session materials
  • Improve site content and classroom curriculum
  • Comply with legal and tax obligations in Thailand

4. Legal bases

We process data based on contract performance (when you book a session), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, site security), and consent where required (non-essential cookies).

5. Retention

Enquiry messages are retained up to 24 months unless a booking converts, in which case registration records are kept seven years for accounting purposes. Server logs are rotated within 90 days. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

6. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share information with payment processors, email delivery services, and analytics providers under contract. Charts you submit for private review are seen only by assigned instructors and are deleted from active files within 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.

7. International transfers

Our primary systems are located in Thailand. If a subprocessors processes data outside Thailand, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses or equivalent protections.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and withdraw consent for optional cookies at any time. Contact hello@page-acaciacore.click. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand if you believe your rights have been violated.

9. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email where appropriate.
