Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to training sessions offered by Page Acacia Core Co., Ltd.: Timeframe Clarity Workshop, Private Chart Review, and Weekly Study Circle. It covers deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

Timeframe Clarity Workshop

• Deposit (THB 1,500): reserves one seat. Refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before the workshop date.
• Full fee: balance due on arrival unless pre-paid by agreement.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before: deposit may be transferred once to a future workshop date within six months; no cash refund.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before: deposit forfeited. If you pre-paid the full fee, we refund the balance portion minus the deposit.
• Our cancellation: full refund including deposit, or transfer to another date at your choice.

Private Chart Review

• Reschedule: free if requested at least 48 hours before appointment.
• Cancel 48+ hours before: full refund or credit toward a future session within 90 days.
• Cancel less than 48 hours before: 50% fee retained; remainder credited within 90 days.
• No-show: full session fee retained.
• Three-session package: unused sessions refundable within 90 days of purchase at the per-session rate; used sessions deducted at single-session price.

Weekly Study Circle

• Before block starts: full refund if you withdraw at least 7 days before the first session.
• After block starts: no refund for missed weeks; you may attend remaining sessions in the block you paid for.
• Skills check fee (THB 500): non-refundable if you do not enroll; credited toward block fee if you join.

Non-refundable items

• Replacement workbooks requested after your session (THB 350)
• Deposits forfeited under the windows above
• Sessions marked as no-show

Work already started

If you leave a workshop mid-day for personal reasons, we do not offer partial refunds. For private reviews, once the session begins, the fee is considered earned.

Materials purchased on your behalf

We occasionally order custom print runs for corporate groups. Deposits covering printed materials are non-refundable once production begins.

Refund process

Email hello@page-acaciacore.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds within Thailand may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Exceptions

Medical emergencies or visa issues may be considered case-by-case with documentation. Contact us before the session start time when possible.
