1. Acceptance

By accessing page-acaciacore.click or enrolling in training with Page Acacia Core Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register for sessions.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and video-based market analysis training focused on timeframe selection and chart-reading discipline. We do not provide brokerage services, trade execution, investment advice tailored to your financial situation, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

3. Registration and payment

Session fees quoted on the site are informational until confirmed in writing. Deposits reserve seats subject to availability. Full payment terms are stated in your booking confirmation email. Prices are in Thai Baht unless otherwise noted.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, reference cards, slides, and site content are owned by Page Acacia Core Co., Ltd. or licensed to us. You may use printed materials for personal study but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.

5. Participant conduct

Participants must behave respectfully toward instructors and other attendees. We may remove anyone who disrupts sessions or shares other participants’ chart details without consent. No recording of group workshops without prior approval.

6. Limitation of liability

Training is educational. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions you make after or during sessions. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the fee you paid for that session.

7. Website use

You may not attempt to interfere with site security, scrape content for republication, or use the contact form for unsolicited commercial messages. We may update or suspend the site without notice.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
