What traders report after tightening their frame hierarchy
These accounts come from workshop participants, private review clients, and study circle members. Names are abbreviated with permission.
I attended because my 1-hour and 15-minute charts disagreed every Monday open. The workbook exercise forced me to demote the 15-minute to observation-only status. First month was awkward—I kept wanting to peek—but my journal shows fewer impulsive exits.

Somchai did not pretend one workshop would fix my win rate. He showed me where I had no primary frame at all, just a stack of charts. The honest part stung a little. Still, I would rather know that than keep guessing.

Private review helped with my SET stocks watchlist specifically. Naree pointed out I was using a daily primary but only free during lunch—so I moved to a 2-hour frame that actually completes while I am at the desk.

Study circle keeps me showing up with marked charts even on tired weeks. The group format is slower than I expected; some sessions spend twenty minutes on one person’s frame diagram. That depth is the point, though it is not for everyone.

Case note: aligning frames with Bangkok hours
Background: Pattara K., a swing trader on FX majors, attended the Timeframe Clarity Workshop in March 2025. He traded from 08:30 to 11:00 before commuting to an office job, then occasionally checked charts on mobile during lunch.
Issue: He used a daily primary frame but reacted to 5-minute alerts on his phone, often closing positions that still matched daily structure.
Work done: During the workshop he mapped available hours against candle completion times and selected a 4-hour primary with a 1-hour confirmation limited to his morning desk time. Mobile charts were relegated to observation-only with alerts disabled.
Outcome after six weeks: Pattara reported fewer midday exits and clearer notes in his journal, though he still missed one setup he would have caught on a lower frame. He joined the study circle to maintain accountability.
